Immerse yourselves in the Middle Ages! Jugglers, sword fighters, dance groups and other artists will fill the day with their performances. The colourful marketplace will feature tents and stands where craftsmen and women have the opportunity to present their historical wares. At the 2011 historical mediaeval spectacle, we aim to present a varied and well-balanced selection of handicraft stands where visitors can test their skills.
Authenticity is very important to the organisers and history is an integral part of all aspects of the event. Visitors will be able to purchase environmentally-friendly earthenware mugs (which they can re-use throughout the spectacle), as well as palmleaf platters and wooden cutlery. Various travelling tradesmen complete the picture.
AXIS provides programmes in catering, hospitality and housekeeping which ensure structured individual social, educational, therapeutic and psychiatric assistance, and it helps young people to achieve a training in catering. > rundumkultur.ch
